Designed to accommodate large families, groups of friends, family reunions or multigenerational stays, the property offers vast indoor and outdoor living spaces, in a quiet and privileged environment in the heart of the Ardèche Green.
An ideal property to get together
The house has 5 bedrooms, several bathrooms and many spaces allowing everyone to enjoy the stay at their own pace while sharing convivial moments.
The living areas include:
• A large living room with large reception table, large video projector and sound system
• A more intimate living room with fireplace
• A large kitchen fully equipped to cook comfortably for groups
• A laundry room with two washing machines
• Several relaxation areas distributed throughout the house and outside
Beds are made on arrival and linen is provided.
Private pool and outdoor lifestyle
The estate is particularly popular for its outdoors and its large private swimming pool of 11.5 x 5.5 meters.
