This is a beautiful home and has everything you would need for a wonderful visit to Ruidoso. The home is new, very clean, and fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was great for relaxing. We were a little surprised by how far away from town the home was, and it is in the middle of burned land and the roads were tough to navigate at night; however, it was a beautiful home with a great view of the sunrise and sunset!!! The porch was heavenly. The customer service was disappointing. On our next to last night the smoke detector started beeping around 1:00 am. They were located at the top of the extremely high ceilings and there was no way to access the smoke detectors to stop the beeping. After a sleepless night, we decided to go ahead and just head home. We reached out to the text number and via email to explain the situation and ask for a partial refund for the final night. We received no reply and no help. We understood that the smoke detector beeping was just one of those things that happens, but at least a reply would have been nice. This was disappointing customer service for such a lovely home!
