A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Casa Punta Brava is a spacious and bright apartment full of charm, located right by the sea in one of the most special areas of Puerto de la Cruz, in northern Tenerife.
The highlight of the property is its private terrace with sea views—a unique spot to have breakfast outdoors, relax, spend time with family, listen to the waves, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Few accommodations in the area offer such a direct and special view of the ocean, making this one of the main experiences of staying at Casa Punta Brava.
The apartment measures 110 m² and features a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one en suite in the main bedroom). It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, couples traveling with friends, or long stays in Tenerife.
The property offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, Smart TV with streaming platforms, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, bed linen, and towels. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Its location is perfect for enjoying Punta Brava, walking by the sea, and having restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and promenades nearby. It’s also very close to landmarks like Loro Parque, Playa Jardín, and the center of Puerto de la Cruz.
From Casa Punta Brava, you can easily explore northern Tenerife, travel along the coast, visit viewpoints, discover charming villages, enjoy local cuisine, and experience the island at your own pace.
Free street parking is available nearby, but spaces cannot be guaranteed. The apartment has two entrances from different streets; one faces the sea and opens onto a pedestrian promenade.
Second floor, no elevator.
No pets allowed.
