Kitchen: Fully equipped for any meal, including a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, dishware/flatware, and a K-Cup coffee maker. Also equipped with all your outdoor grilling needs such as grilling utensils and trays. A sponge, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided. A high chair is available upon request.

The home is not suitable for children and is not set up with child safety features. The home features a floating staircase, pool and elevated deck areas which may present safety risks.

Location: Centrally located, approximately 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport and 15–20 minutes to Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. A family park with swings and tennis courts is just one mile away.
