Easy access to the A30 and good location for visiting areas of interest in west Cornwall. Home includes 2 double bedrooms (1 King size and both with en-suites), a single room, a single room with pull out trundle bed for extra guests & a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs you will find a cosy living room leading into a large, spacious kitchen and dining area, utility, downstairs toilet and decked garden space.
