In the evening, you can barbecue in the covered outdoor kitchen and sit comfortably at the large dining table. There is a sports and playing field measuring 15 x 7.5 metres and a large garden with a lawn and swings for your children and sporty types. Your cars are parked in three car parks, two of which have sun roofs, also on the property. A free private charging point is available for your electric vehicle.The house has a bocce court.
