Detailed information about the alpine hut:
The lovingly restored alpine hut was built in 1632 and renovated with great dedication in 2000. In front of the hut there is a well-kept forecourt that invites you to linger and enjoy. There is no electricity connection in the alpine hut, but that gives it a very special charm. In the evening you can either enjoy the romantic candlelight or use the gas lamp. The cozy alpine hut consists of a kitchen-living room with a spacious dining table and a traditional wood-burning stove. The fresh mountain water in the hut and from the fountain outside is of course drinkable. The cabin has a bedroom with two beds and a second bedroom with a rustic Valais bed, also known as a Gütschi bed.
