Villa Mendula is situated on the beautiful central Dalmatian island of Čiovo, conveniently connected to the historic city of Trogir by a bridge. Offering a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, this 800 m² estate is just 10 km from Split Airport and 60 meters from the crystal-clear sea. The villa is designed to provide a serene and positive energy, featuring two fully independent floors connected by external stairs, making it an ideal retreat for groups of up to ten guests seeking both privacy and shared social spaces.

The villa features two elegant bedrooms on both the ground and first floors, equipped with premium mattresses and a modern kitchen. Each living area includes a smart 3D TV and comfortable seating, while the first floor has two sofa beds for extra guests. Both levels open to spacious 25 m² terraces with dining tables and loungers, offering stunning Adriatic Sea views.

The outdoor area boasts a 32 m² heated swimming pool and a lavish sundeck with ten loungers and sunshades. A shaded gazebo with a BBQ and additional seating creates a perfect spot for al fresco meals. Families are well-catered for with high chairs, cribs, strollers, and protective child fences. Guests can also enjoy table tennis and a children's playground in the beautifully lit gardens.

Modern conveniences are integrated throughout the property, including full air conditioning, a washing machine on each floor, and seamless indoor/outdoor wireless internet access. Two private, complimentary parking spaces are available on-site. While the villa is located in a peaceful residential area just 50 meters from tennis courts, the vibrant Copacabana beach and the UNESCO-protected heritage of Trogir are only a short distance away.
