Property was really nice, clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Absolutely fabulous location to!

It was very warm - we had fans but it was still very warm

Spacious and elegant apartment with fantastic views, good value for money. Good communication from the hosts Convenient location

The mattresses were not great quality and were a bit uncomfortable. Nothing provided to clean up such as cloths, cleaning products, soap - I bought some dish cloths and washing up liquid myself but I feel these should be provided.

The apartment was comfortable overall and the location was convenient.

During my 9-night stay, guests were expected to do their own cleaning unless an additional cleaning service was arranged. Some facilities also had to be requested before they were provided. Only one set of keys was provided, which made it inconvenient for two guests as we had to coordinate our movements closely. The water heater also did not work very well, and the water was only slightly warm, which was uncomfortable during colder days. No toiletries were provided, although empty toiletry bottles were left in the bathroom. The bathtub was slippery, and no bath mat was provided. The mattress was sagging and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep well. There was also considerable noise from passing trains and, at times, loud voices and cheering from groups of people gathering downstairs. I am still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded and hope it will be processed promptly.
