We had an amazing stay! We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with a sauna and jacuzzi, which made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, with a great location right in the city center. the whole experience was simply fantastic. We would happily come back again!

Perfect stay in Belgrade – 10/10! I stayed in a classic room and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near Tašmajdan Park. Breakfast was delicious with great options, and the service was top-notch — the staff was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. Clean, comfortable, and highly recommended!

La camera era pulita, ma si trovava nella cantina, senza finestra. Al posto della finestra hanno messo una specie di lastra illuminata durante il giorno, che dà l’impressione di essere una finestra, ma in realtà non lo è. L’albergo ha molte stanze ricavate nella cantina ristrutturata del palazzo e questo non mi è piaciuto. Dovevo aspettare più di tre-quattro minuti per avere l’acqua calda. Non c’era il phon e, anche se l’avevo chiesto, non mi è stato portato. Di notte c’era solo un lenzuolo per coprirsi e avevo freddo, quindi ho chiesto una coperta: me l’hanno portata subito, così come il ferro da stiro.

We had an amazing stay at Maison Mark Luxury Suites & Spa! I originally booked a Standard Room, but upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was beautiful, spacious, modern and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more special. The absolute highlight was the private sauna and jacuzzi. Having our own private spa area was such a great experience and perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time without having to share the facilities with other guests. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, delicious and with a great variety of options. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in Belgrade. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional, and the whole hotel has a beautiful, elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city. We really appreciated the complimentary upgrade and the attention to detail throughout our stay. Maison Mark is definitely a place we would happily return to and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Belgrade.
