Very inviting, clean house very well kept great decor and comfortable furniture plus there is a fridge and some tea and coffee provisions
Not enough coffee pods, a microwave would have made a difference. TV could have been in a better position as was not able to watch from bed

Location great for parking - space opposite and cheaper rate than further into Kemptown. Responsive hosts. Spacious en suite room, lovely bathroom and comfy bed.
Not a big problem for us but convenience and value-wise, it was neither a B&B (no breakfast is provided) nor a self-catering place. There's a toaster and crockery provided but bit awkward to make use of when nowhere to store or prepare food, or any table to eat at. Washing up wise, if you leave dishes outside the room, hosts will wash them.
