🌿 Maison Alkinoos – Haven of peace at the foot of the Baou
Welcome to Maison Alkinoos, a charming house located in the heart of the village of Saint-Jeannet, at the foot of the famous Baou and at the entrance to the Préalpes d'Azur Regional Nature Park.
Only 30 minutes from Nice airport, this house is ideal for lovers of nature, hiking and tranquility. Numerous trails are accessible from
the house and allow you to discover the beautiful landscapes of the Préalpes d'Azur.
Its real asset is its large Mediterranean garden, a real haven of peace where you can relax in the shade of the olive, lemon and orange trees, share a meal in the summer kitchen or simply enjoy the surrounding calm. As the seasons change, the garden is adorned with flowers and offers a superb view of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet and the Baou de Vence.PGJyPg
The house consists of:
* A beautiful bright living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room (sofa bed).
* A first bedroom with a single bed and an office space. Above this bedroom, a mezzanine accessible by a ladder offers two additional beds, ideal for children.
* A second independent bedroom, located upstairs above the living room, with a double bed.
* A bathroom with toilet.
* A room in the basement dedicated to storage and ironing, with direct access to the garage.
⚠️ The house is spread over three levels and has several staircases, including a ladder to access the children's mezzanine and a bedroom. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
The centre of the village can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. You will find a bakery, a grocery store, a newsagent, several restaurants, cafes, the post office and a bus stop serving Nice airport. A supermarket, a gas station and a laundromat are also just a few minutes away.
