Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, the living and dining area, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the private patio.



Guest verification

All guests must complete the Guest Verification Portal before check-in.

The process includes:

• Identity verification

• Signing the rental agreement

• Accepting the damage waiver

Key collection and full check-in instructions are released once the required verification is complete.



Key collection

• Keys are collected from a designated KeyNest store approximately 3–5 minutes from the apartment.

• The KeyNest address, collection code, and step-by-step collection instructions will be provided through the Guest Portal once verification is complete.

• Please allow enough time to collect the keys before traveling to the apartment.

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

There is no private parking at the property.
