The separate entrance leads into an elegant, modern, and instantly welcoming atmosphere. The two double bedrooms are true havens overlooking the sea. The spacious, high-quality queen-size beds invite you to rest deeply, while the soothing colors, tasteful decor, and carefully selected materials create a harmonious atmosphere. Each room features a desk, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and large panoramic windows: upon waking, your gaze roams freely over the blue waters of the Gulf of Naples, the Sorrento Peninsula, and Mount Vesuvius, offering the rare sensation of sleeping suspended between the sky and the sea. Extra blankets and pillows are available for personalized comfort. The living area is a bright, open space where the living room and kitchen flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing a leisurely breakfast before heading out or a dinner to savor at your own pace. Access to Villa Laca requires an in-person check-in. A member of our staff will welcome guests directly at the property, hand over the keys, and provide all necessary information about the accommodation, as well as practical advice on how to best organize your stay. It is therefore necessary to arrange your arrival time in advance: after booking, guests will be contacted privately to finalize the check-in details.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house, the private entrance, the private terrace, the shared courtyard, and free private parking. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid ID, which is necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.
