Pets: dog-friendly for one dog under 20 lbs — please tell us about your pup in advance; a $100 pet fee applies. This is a non-smoking home. No pool or hot tub on-site; community pools and recreation are a short golf-cart ride away. The included Evolution electric 4-seater golf cart requires a valid driver's license to operate. A $50 resident/lifestyle ID fee applies. No security deposit. Please treat the home and neighbors with care — this is a quiet residential community.
