The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven and ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge with freezer. In the living room, a large L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind while a modern Smart TV provides entertainment. A dining area with four seats and a separate utility room with washing machine and drying rack round off the apartment perfectly. Underfloor heating runs throughout the entire apartment. A reserved parking space (GEW 2) is located directly behind the house, and bicycle storage is available in the on-site shed.



Guest Access:

The key safe is located to the left of the front door. Lift the silver cap, enter the PIN code, turn left and pull out the key box — inside you will find the keys for the front door and the apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, white door at the top of the stairs.

Nottensdorf is situated in the Altes Land — the largest contiguous fruit-growing region in Northern Europe, famous for its spectacular blossom in spring, picturesque dykes along the Elbe, charming half-timbered villages and endless cycling routes. A beautiful and peaceful corner of Germany.
