A small, well-run cottage for people who want a quiet place to land, one minute from the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Center. It is built for a couple, a solo traveler, or a guest with a dog: a private king bedroom, a full kitchen stocked for real cooking, and a fully fenced yard with a secluded hot tub out back. Guests call it clean, calm, and easy, and the hot tub is the part they mention most.

What guests come back to most: the secluded hot tub that someone services every week, the stocked kitchen, and how simple and restful the whole stay feels. Two honest things we tell everyone: there is no washer or dryer in the cottage (a laundromat is nearby and we can arrange pickup), and you enter through a private gated driveway off the alley behind the home, marked by a bright blue garage. Neither has surprised a guest who knew first.
