Get some fresh air on the North Sea. Perfect for a relaxing getaway for two at the Grünstrand in Cuxhaven’s Grimmershörn Bay! This modern, inviting ground-floor apartment is almost barrier-free and part of a fully renovated single-family house. The apartment above is occupied—please expect normal living sounds from the residents. There is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.

Facing the garden to the east, you will find a stylishly furnished open-plan living kitchen with dining area and a cozy sofa corner. The outdoor area offers a green seating spot, ideal for a sunny breakfast.

The apartment is located on a quiet street and has its own private entrance.

Directly by the dyke, right on the Grünstrand in Grimmershörn Bay, this is the perfect base for walks—head northwest to the Kugelbake landmark, the start of the Wadden Sea, and continue along the beach promenade toward Duhnen. Or go east to the harbor, where you can enjoy boat tours to the seal banks or day trips to Helgoland.

A trip worth taking is a horse-drawn carriage ride across the tidal flats to Neuwerk Island at low tide, starting from Duhnen.
