The air smells of wild herbs. The beach is three minutes away . The property sits within a working olive grove on the edge of the sciclitana countryside, surrounded by carob trees and almonds. The landscape is unhurried and genuinely beautiful.
Scicli, one of the Val di Noto Baroque villages listed by UNESCO, is just a few minutes' drive away. The beach at Sampieri — long, sandy and rarely crowded — is even closer.
Built recently to eco-friendly standards, the house is designed to feel rooted in its landscape rather than imposed on it. The interiors are calm and elegant, furnished throughout with antique Sicilian pieces ,thick wooden chests, wrought iron beds, terracotta floors.

You will love the private pool that faces the surrounding countryside and is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and an outdoor shower. A shaded poolside lounge makes the evenings unforgettable for aperitivo, books, conversation.

GETTING THERE
3 minutes from Sampieri beach and the village of Scicli. Catania airport is approximately 90 minutes by car; Comiso airport (Ragusa) is around 30 minutes. A car is recommended for exploring the area.
