The building is very peaceful and we aim to keep our relationship with the other residents amicable! We are permitted to sleep up to 6, but you'll need to bring an air mattress if that's your plan. Just message us ahead of time so we know what to expect. We love providing an affordable alternative to the overpriced hotels! This is a brand new unit, but you should totally read the reviews on our first unit which is in the same building and has the same exact floorplan *gasp*!! Happy to answer any questions you may have, so shoot us a message! My wife and I live in the neighborhood and are always happy to give suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do in town upon request! We love this city and hope you enjoy your stay at our property! :) Professional pictures of the property are coming soon, but I always appreciate compliments on my iPhone photography skills... We like to communicate! However, if we get the vibe that you don't, we'll limit our interactions to emergencies and pertinent info to your stay! I'll typically keep messages on the Airbnb app, but may call or text if there's something you need to know.
