The home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a king bedroom and a queen bedroom that connects to an additional twin‑over‑twin bunk area, creating a flexible setup for families or small groups.
Guests can enjoy the public dock behind the building for fishing, picking up or dropping off passengers, or tying off a boat during the day. Overnight mooring isn't permitted, and the larger dock with lifts is not available for guest use.
The condo is stocked with beach towels, chairs, and a beach wagon, along with professional linen service, a washer and dryer, and complimentary WiFi. One assigned parking space is provided, and additional guest parking is available on a first‑come basis near the bays.
