Additionally, there is a communal deck where you can relax on the outdoor furniture and appreciate a breathtaking mountain sunset. Kindly note guests are not allowed to use the fireplace.
Connected to the living area, the dining space accommodates up to four guests for meals and provides convenient access to the upscale kitchen, which features quartz countertops, white wooden cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and extra seating for three at the breakfast bar.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a spacious closet, and a window that showcases forest views. The primary full bathroom is located in the main hallway and includes a large single vanity sink and a custom tiled shower enclosure.

House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed at the unit and is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM. Please note that this unit does offer a hotel room lock-off so there may be times when an additional guest has booked the lock-off unit as the same time as when you are staying in the 1 bedroom.
