Perched with sweeping views over Puerto Pollença and the surrounding countryside, this grand 600m² residence sits on a private 2,000m² plot and sleeps up to ten in genuine style. Five bedrooms are spread across the house, one with its own en-suite and the remaining four sharing two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Traditional Mallorcan touches and local artwork run throughout, giving the interiors real character rather than a generic holiday-home feel.

Two kitchens set this place apart: a fully fitted main kitchen for everyday cooking, and a second outdoor kitchen built around a barbecue, complete with a long table and comfortable seating for lazy, view-filled lunches. The main living room is airy and light-filled, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows framing the coastline, plus a second TV lounge, a separate dining area, and a study for anyone who needs to work between swims. Outside, two pools sit on different levels of the terraced garden, one for laps and one with sun loungers and a Bali bed for pure relaxation.

Manicured gardens, stone paths, and exotic planting wrap around the property, creating a genuinely private, resort-like feel. Everyday comforts run deep too, with air conditioning throughout, a washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a garage on site. Shops are 1.5km away, the sandy and rocky beaches both 2km out, and Puerto Pollença's town centre a short 2km drive. A golf course sits 7km away, with Palma Airport around 60km, ideal for a getaway that feels far removed without being hard to reach.
