Some vacations are about having a place to sleep. This one is about creating memories your family will talk about for years.

Welcome to Hyland Hideaway - a 3,800-square-foot retreat in the heart of the Poconos, nestled within gated Penn Estates community. Thoughtfully designed for unforgettable gatherings, milestone celebrations, family vacations, and weekends where no one wants to leave. Every space invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the moments that matter most.
Start your mornings with coffee on the expansive outdoor deck as the peaceful Pocono woods wake around you. Spend the afternoon soaking in the year-round swim spa, unwind in the private sauna, challenge friends to a game of mini golf, or watch the kids laugh and play on their very own playground. As evening falls, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars, sharing stories and making s’mores long after the sun disappears.

Inside, the entertainment never ends. The private game room is packed with arcade games, pool table, air hockey, foosball, basketball arcade, and a bar that’s perfect for celebrating birthdays, holidays, and unforgettable weekends together. Ready for a little friendly competition? Deal the cards in your dedicated poker room and see who claims bragging rights before movie night begins.
When it’s time to wind down, head into your private movie theater, dim the lights, grab the popcorn, and enjoy the cinematic experience without ever leaving the house.

After a day filled with adventure, retreat to one of five beautifully designed bedrooms. Little travelers will race to claim the unforgettable bunk room featuring two bunk beds with built-in slides—a space designed to spark imagination and become the highlight of their vacation.

Whether you’re planning a multi-family getaway, celebrating a special occasion, hosting a reunion, or simply escaping everyday life, this home offers something incredibly rare: a destination where every generation has its own favorite place, yet every moment brings everyone back together.

This isn’t simply where you’ll stay in the Poconos.

It’s where your favorite family memories begin.
