Managed by LB Vacation Rentals, this 50 m² apartment at 20 rue Latour-Maubourg in Cannes accommodates up to 4 guests in total, including children. Fully renovated in July 2026, it offers a comfortable base for holidays and congress stays near the Croisette.
The apartment is on the first European floor of a building with an elevator. Approximately 5-6 steps are still required to reach the apartment. The street-facing living room has double-glazed windows; the separate bedroom faces the courtyard.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom: one Pierre Cardin queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm).
- Living room: one sofa bed with a real 160 x 190 cm mattress.
Both sleeping arrangements are suitable for adults. There is no single bed.
The private shower room has a walk-in shower and one integrated WC. There is no separate WC or bathtub.
A small private open balcony is accessed from the living room.
The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine and clothes dryer, drying rack and iron are available. There is no ice maker or baking sheet.
Individual reversible air conditioning and heating are available in the living room and bedroom. Free fibre Internet/Wi-Fi with a 1 Gbit subscription plan is available. Smart TVs measure 55 inches (140 cm) in the living room and 50 inches (127 cm) in the bedroom, with a Free decoder. Netflix is not included.
Located at 20 rue Latour-Maubourg, 06400 Cannes, near Hotel Martinez, the Croisette and the beach.
Approximate walking times:
- Croisette and beach: 2 minutes.
- Rue d'Antibes: 3 minutes (approximately 300 m).
- Palais des Festivals: under 10 minutes at a very brisk walking pace (approximately 1.1 km).
No private parking. The nearest paid parking open to the public is Croisette - Neho Suites, 20 avenue Branly, approximately 160 m / 2 minutes on foot, available by reservation. Municipal Parking Lamy, 121 rue d'Antibes, is approximately 500 m / 7 minutes on foot. Paid street parking is also available nearby, subject to availability.
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.
A baby cot, highchair and baby bath are available on site. Cot mattress and linen are available on request.
Guests complete a check-in form, where we collect their email address and telephone number. A welcome guide is sent by email. Self check-in is via a classic key lockbox.
24-hour reception support and concierge assistance are available. Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.
A maximum of one pet is welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.
