Spacious and bright ground-floor room, located in a separate section at the back of the house, with a view of the garden and no stairs—ideal for travelers with luggage. It features a queen-size bed with a new mattress, hot/cold air conditioning, a gas heater with independent controls, an extendable table, two closets, and high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps).
The bathroom has a shower for the exclusive use of this room. The rest of the bathroom is only shared occasionally during the day, as the house has a second bathroom upstairs. At night, the bathroom is for the exclusive use of this room.
The room includes an electric kettle, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee and tea. The kitchen is not available for guest use; access is permitted only to use the electric oven to heat food.
The house is located in a residential, tree-lined, and very quiet neighborhood in Martínez. I live here with Luli, a 14-year-old dog who is very calm and used to having guests. Shared spaces include the living room, the patios, and the laundry room, where you can do small loads of laundry by hand. The washing machine is for the host’s exclusive use, and the stay does not include laundry service.
I respect each guest’s privacy and am available throughout your stay for any questions or needs. Interaction naturally adapts to each person’s preferences: some guests enjoy chatting, while others prefer more independence.
Room cleaning, sheets, and towels is done weekly, coordinating the most convenient time during your stay.
The property is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. In the event of damage or the need for extra cleaning due to a violation of the house rules, a charge of up to USD 80 may be applied through the platform.
