The holiday apartment is located in a small chalet park in the picturesque village of Afritz am See, nestled between the Nockberge and right on lake Afritzer See. This region is a paradise of mirror-smooth lakes and imposing mountain peaks, where outdoor enthusiasts can delight in a wealth of activities.

Even closer (around 13 km) is the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, beautifully positioned on the sun side of lake Ossiacher See. This snow-sure area offers you 50 to 55 kilometers of slopes and fabulous Alpine panoramas.
