This elegantly appointed townhome serves as an ideal getaway, offering a homely atmosphere. It is meticulously decorated with an open floor plan, includes a washer and dryer, and provides ski-in/ski-out access during the winter months, along with convenient access to summer outdoor pursuits.
Guests will enjoy the inviting gas fireplace and a flat-screen television for entertainment in the living room, which is adorned with western-themed decor.
The dining area is conveniently located in a small alcove next to the living space, accommodating up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for effortless meal preparation during family vacations, featuring new wooden cabinets, vibrant countertops, and modern appliances. Additionally, an in-unit washer and dryer is available to meet any laundry requirements.
The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and an open doorway leading to the main living room. The fully renovated bathroom boasts a new single vanity sink, tiled flooring, and a tiled shower enclosure.

Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
