One of the closest Vacation Rentals to the beach, this condo features a 1-bedroom space on the first floor of the building. Inside you’ll experience an open floor plan connecting a welcoming living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cookware, dishware, and has a Keurig, drip-coffee, ice-maker, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, freezer & microwave. In the bedroom, you’ll have a comfortable queen bed. The full bathroom connects the living area and the bedroom. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are all provided. Siesta Key Dreams is happy to provide free, high-speed internet, WIFI, HDTV equipped with live sports & an extension channel list via DirecTV Stream.
Outside on the ground floor, you’ll have a ONE-reserved parking space, shared gas-grill and shared laundry facilities.

Guests will receive a Rental Agreement via email that provides common details about our terms and conditions, such as our no-smoking policy. Before you check-in, and just after booking, we require guest verification. You will receive information after booking and the process only takes a couple minutes. This allows us to provide a safe location for our guests, neighbors, and employees
