Nestled in the peaceful and lush countryside of Salento, in Contrada Pupo (San Vito dei Normanni), Casa Serena is an oasis of relaxation and tranquility designed for families, couples, and pet owners. The villa features elegant and bright interiors: a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a dedicated Smart Working space.

The sleeping area includes two refined double bedrooms: a Master Bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath, and a second classic-style double bedroom. A second modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and fine ceramic finishes.

The outdoor area offers a unique experience thanks to a wonderful private pine forest with pine and eucalyptus trees, two outdoor dining areas, an impressive BBQ setup for convivial grilling, and dedicated pet amenities (dog beds and secure green spaces). The property is completed by private internal parking. Located just a few minutes from the beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve and the historic villages of the Itria Valley.
