Fantastic place and fantastic host. You get the real feel of medieval old town in the apartment. It's spacious and located in the old town, so you're in the middle of action. It is very comfortable with aircon and jacuzzi. Antonis will help with anything to make your stay memorable and easy going. Great host!

Everything exceeded our expectations. The entire property and all the furnishings were brand new, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. You can really tell that every single detail has been carefully considered, from the design and decoration to all the little touches that make your stay more enjoyable. The owner was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We stayed as a family with two children and felt completely comfortable. Both the kids and we absolutely loved it. We would definitely choose Medieval Arches again on our next visit to Rhodes and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! ❤️

In September 2026 we were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay in our hotel room at Medieval Arches located perfectly right on the inside of the old city walls of Rhodes. The old city is virtually car free so the location immediately inside the walls is close enough to walk with your luggage only a minute or so and you arrive! The first thing I want to say is, we’ve had an excellent experience. The room is absolutely gorgeous but the second and most important thing, the owners are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Adonis met us on our arrival and provided us with great tips and information for our stay on Rhodes. We were treated to a glass of wine as he got to know us and hear about our plans as well as telling us a little bit about his hotel! He brought us everything we needed and provided us with special surprise treats to ensure our stay was lovely! We slept well on the very comfortable bed and enjoyed luxurious hot showers. Making our coffee and toast in the morning while we relaxed and planned our day in a roomy space was so nice after several stays in very nice but very small hotel rooms. After our initial two days we were so comfortable we decided to extend for two more days, that gave us more time to enjoy the city without feeling rushed. Relaxing and watching YouTube as we plan our travels on either of the smart tvs during our downtime while only steps away from walking out and being amongst all the travelers going to restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping was fantastic. We were able to come back-and-forth to the room to change, rest, clean up throughout the day due to the excellent location. The owner is so kind he’s even coming to pick us up and giving us a lift to the ferry dock upon our checkout! An all around great experience and I’m so happy for their future success, they’ve done everything to make these rooms just gorgeous and comfortable!!!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect, right inside the old town walls, close to the harbor, restaurants, and shops. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, a great shower, and high-quality toiletries and amenities. Just keep in mind that, as it’s a vault, there’s no window, and the outdoor hot tub is shared with other rooms rather than private. The hosts were amazing — very responsive and attentive. They gave us a great itinerary with recommendations, many of which we tried and really enjoyed, and they checked in with us throughout our stay. Overall, a beautiful place in a fantastic location with wonderful hosts!

Perhaps a slightly more competitive price point would make it even better.
