I didn’t like anything as the owner cancelled my booking on the day I was supposed to check without
Terrible owner no manners and rude, left me and family stranded in Manchester
Horrible and unprofessional as the owner cancelled my booking on the day I was supposed to check without any notice. If I didn’t call him to find out why I didn’t get the check in information I would have been left stranded which I was as when i called him he suddenly said that the apartment I booked was unavailable despite me calling him the day before where he said nothing of the sorts. This was my first time in Manchester so I am unfamiliar with the place so he left me and my family without a place to lay my head despite me asking him for help.

Terrible experience.
I don’t get to stay in the apartment, because the was under renovation after I have paid and been debited, got to know after call to the owner when I arrived the apartment with my family and kids, 5years old the smallest .
I got my refunds anyways, but was disappointed and I see it as fraud. Because whoever should have notified booking.com that the apartment is not available and put it down from the App.
Couldn’t get the apartment as I got to know that it’s under renovation on arrival.
Sucks🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

I wish I never had anything to do with this scam artist.
Nothing. The host needs to be avoided at all costs.
The host scammed us, like he had done to many others. (PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS).
There is NO property. It’s a complete scammed.
He will force you to pay extra on the day due a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT property.
Please please don’t put yourself or your family in suck a vulnerable position.
I didn’t read the reviews. That my biggest regret.

THIS PLACE IS A TRAPHOUSE / BANDO!! DO NOT STAY HERE
Absolutely disgusting, FILTHY and completely unacceptable. AVOID this property at all costs. This place should be reported for fraud.
From the moment we arrived, the entire property absolutely STANK of weed. People downstairs were blasting music and seemingly doing drugs throughout the entire night, making the whole place feel extremely unsafe. I was so uncomfortable and genuinely felt unsafe enough that I couldn’t even stay for the full 2 nights that I had paid for.
The condition of the property was absolutely vile. The “sofa bed” was filthy and broken, there were pieces of food left on the floor and even on the walls, the toilet was dirty, and there wasn’t even basic hand wash or towels provided. It honestly looked and felt like this property had not been cleaned at all. I have never stayed somewhere in such a disgusting condition.
The host is completely uncontactable. He wouldn’t even send the check-in code until I had to call him myself.
And then there is the issue with the booking itself. I booked TWO properties because there were 7 of us, yet we were only given access to ONE property. So essentially, 7 people were left without the accommodation we had actually paid for. When I asked the host for a refund, instead of taking responsibility, he insisted that I cancel the booking so that he could then charge someone else more money for the property. Absolutely unbelievable and completely dishonest behaviour.
This was not just a disappointing stay, it was completely unacceptable from start to finish. Dirty accommodation, broken furniture, no basic amenities, an unsafe environment, a host who was impossible to contact, and then an attempt to push me into cancelling so he could make more money from someone else.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the stress, money and safety concerns and book literally anywhere else.
