The host did not provide clear rules or guidelines regarding the use of the apartment before check-in. Before check-in, the host did not inform us about the seafood restriction or the waste disposal fee. At check-out, we were asked to pay additional cleaning and waste fees 200,000vnd, although we had already cleaned the apartment and neatly collected the garbage. Had these rules and fees been clearly communicated in advance, we would have followed them or handled the garbage ourselves. We therefore declined the additional fee, after which the host sent us several unpleasant and confrontational messages. Limited parking for cars, as the surrounding roads are narrow and parking spaces around the apartment building are very limited.
