Der Aufzug Maschinenraum liegt direkt über die Wohnung. Man braucht Ohrenpax. Die Wohnung obwohl gut ausgestattet könnte gut Wändedeko bzw. Teppische gebrauchen da es sonnst kalt vorkommt. Obwohl eine vorherige Gästin über einen fehlenden Korkenzieher geschrieben hatte wurde nicht unternommen. Ironisch denn dass Antonio netteweiser uns ein paar Flaschen Bier im Kühlschrank als Willkommens-Geschänk hingelegt hat!

Znakomite mieszkanie czyste i zadbane, lokalizacja cudowna, bardzo blisko stacja pociągowa jak i sama plaża, właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in these lovely apartments. The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk from Pane e Pomodoro beach. The apartment is spotless, newly renovated and very well equipped. We really appreciated the little details: a washing machine with detergent; shower gel and shampoo, as well as coffee, tea and snacks. These are small things, but they make a stay much more comfortable. We also needed an extra set of bed linen, and Antonio kindly let us use one without any problem. There is air conditioning in both rooms, which is especially convenient when guests have different preferences regarding the temperature. The instructions for check-in and for using the appliances were very clear and helpful. Antonio was a very thoughtful and welcoming host and even offered us some extra drinks. Breakfast was included in the price and was served at a small café right next to the apartment — coffee, juice and a croissant. It is a lovely local place where many residents stop for their morning coffee, and we really enjoyed experiencing this little part of everyday life in Bari. We were very happy with both the apartment and the communication with Antonio. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who prefers apartments to hotels — it really feels like a comfortable home away from home.

There were only two things we didn't enjoy, and neither of them had anything to do with the apartment itself. During the last two days of our stay, the sea was rough and the coast guard did not allow people to swim, reportedly because of bacteria detected in the water. So, on our last day, we went to Polignano a Mare for half a day to have a chance to swim before leaving. Also, on our last evening, our neighbours were quite loud and watched a concert on TV until late at night. However, neither of these things spoiled our stay. Overall, we were very happy with both the apartment and the communication with Antonio.
