The studio is modern and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The AC and wifi worked great. We were able to communicate with host through WhatsApp even though he did not speak English. It was 30 minute walking distance to Rudaki Park. There are supermarkets nearby. There is a Turkish restaurant next to the building.

The building elevator is still particle board but it worked to bring us to the 6th floor where the studio is located. My only suggestion is to fix the shower. It has very low water pressure.

Location staff who assist you and room and everything is neat and clean, very much comfortable,

I feel the price should be 40$-45$ .

neue, moderne, sehr sauber Unterkunft. Tolle Lage und sehr hilfreiches Personal, das sich bei Problemen direkt gekümmert hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Kleinigkeiten, die uns an Ausstattung fehlten. Kommt bestimmt noch!

The location is inaccurate, and there are no signs or directions to help guests find the property. We spent more than two hours searching around the area but still could not find the apartment. In the end, we had to wait for the host for more than an hour before we were finally able to locate it. The room itself was very clean. However, the apartment building has poor elevator facilities, and there are many different people coming and going. We often had to queue for the elevator, and the waiting time was very long. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
