Great for the station and buses; always a must for me

I found the street ok, late at night. I was not aware - and think it should be made clearer - that there is no reception or even signage. I had of course indicated my likely arrival time but hadn't realised that the guy wouldn't turn up until told I was in the country and on my way to the apartment. For various reason I did not have access to mobile data so was unaware that Gianni had been trying to contact me for an update so just be aware, also that when you reply to a message from Booking.com it often goes to a 3rd party and not the host. This gave me massive problems on my last trip to Tblisi when I was getting replies but it turned out the hosts did not speak a word of English. This is an aside; the apartment was immaculate; it has a coffee machine which dispenses thimbleful amounts of water so I wish I had taken my travel kettle. Lack of BBC World on the TV was a disappointment . I mentioned Gianni and he was a nice guy
