Number of bedrooms.
2 bathrooms
Modern smart new decor including art
Allowed our pets and didn’t charge more for them.
Garden room extra space - fantastic. Could benefit from some protection to floor and walls, especially if weather had been wet.
Terrace
Garden accessibility, not great for reduced mobility people, or trying to get bikes to/from.
House of this size should come with a dishwasher.
Off street parking was fine until someone parked selfishly outside the house and we ended up having to park out cars 100m up the street.
