Worst experience with room rental anywhere in the world

An email that was promised with critical information like the door code was never sent. Repeated Contacts over many hours on the day of arrival went unanswered. I arrived to the house and luckily someone let me in since I did not have the door code. Found a room that matched the description but the number was not the same as in my reservation, leaving me uncertain. 203 beds were unmade in the room was not cleaned. It was so late at night that I just crashed in the one bed that was made. Bathroom sink and toilet were clean but everything else around was so dirty that I never used the shower despite wanting to. This was the worst room rental I have had anywhere in the world

A worrisome and strange experience

In a nice neighborhood.

When we checked in no one was there, luckily the door was open as we came around 4pm (check in starts at 3pm and ends at 11pm). We received a message around 4:30 with the door code, so if we got there right at 3 we would have been stranded for over an hour (like the other people that were staying there were). We were not supplied with a key to our room, or a room number to stay in, so we just had to choose one at random and leave our belongings in an unlock-able room. We didn’t see an employee until the day we left and they had no reasonable explanation as to why the check in process was so strange and bad. All he said was “sorry the manager was so crazy yesterday, we got all our bookings mixed up”. As well, another set of guests staying here said that their room was unclean and the sheets had not been changed from the last guests that stayed.

Wonderful sty for the price!

The location, the beds, the amount of pillows and the value for the price!

I was a bit displeased by the state of the hallway outside our room but that could have had nothing to do with our host. Ot very well could have been another guest. My only other complaint is there were quite a lot of bugs. I would have appreciated a heads up so i could have put some type of deterrent on my skin.
