位置不错，我从sayran汽车站坐公交过去的，20多分钟直达，很方便，这家在小区内部，没有门牌，得自己问外面一排门店，他们会告诉你这个在哪，其实挺方便，床铺和被套卫生间等都很干净，有窗户，采光也很好，下面就是一个超市和换汇点，都非常方便

1.地理位置很好，房间很大。
2.前台有位年轻的小姐姐还可以讲中文，人也非常好。

Friendly staff, happy to show me around, you can borrow a public transport card and they top it up for you. Clean shared showers.
No clear sign where the hostel is, couple of the staff only spoke Chinese, only one of the ladies on shift spoke English

Never have I ever stayed in a hostel so good. Everything a hostel does wrong, they do right. It's clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the location is amazing. The manager is particularly note worthy. She helps organise trips and events around Almaty. It's so stress free. The kitchen is great and the beds are nice and comfy. It's clean inside and they even give you inside slippers to wear.
