The Penthouse Maestrale is a 180 square meter apartment facing south, located on the third floor (with elevator) inside a private condominium courtyard, completely closed by gates. It consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with parquet in each room. Brightness is one of the most distinctive elements: there are no buildings in front, so all the rooms are very open and bright.

The apartment has a double entrance, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, two air conditioners and 55` TV. The furniture is neat and the spaces are designed both for large families and for groups or extended business stays.

HOW THE ACCOMMODATION WORKS: the apartment has 4 bedrooms, but is managed flexibly based on the number of guests on the reservation. The owner, present on site, opens only the rooms necessary for the group and keeps the others closed. This means that by booking for a small number of guests you will not have access to all 4 rooms, but only to those proportional to the number of people indicated in the reservation (for example, 2 rooms will be available for 4 guests). Similar speech for the bathrooms, one bathroom is opened for every two guests. Kitchen, living room and common areas always remain entirely available to all guests. To have the entire apartment with all the rooms open it is necessary to book for the maximum number of guests provided by the ad. Inside the condominium courtyard is the Bruschi Historical Library, which hosts cultural events and activities for children, as well as refreshment points with zero-kilometer organic cuisine and a bar. It is a quiet, protected and accessible environment only to residents and their guests, which makes it unique in the panorama of rentals in Genoa.

The apartment is completely barrier-free: the elevator goes directly to the floor and there are no steps from the parking lot to the front door. It is therefore also suitable for people with motor disabilities, families with a stroller and those traveling with bulky luggage.

LOCATION: Genoa airport can be reached on foot, the train station is a few minutes away and from there the city center can be reached in less than twenty minutes by train. In the immediate vicinity there are bus stops, a pedestrian street with shops and a children`s area. Parking available on site (for a fee depending on availability), a concrete advantage in a city where public parking costs €2.50/hour.
