SIDE HOUSE' Pistou is a luxury home with hotel services, in the heart of Provence. Nestled in the heart of Eygalières, one of the most beautiful villages in the Alpilles, PISTOU is an authentic Provençal village house that has been entirely reimagined by SIDE HOUSE. Just a short stroll from cafés, restaurants and local shops, the house offers six beautifully designed bedrooms, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, a heated pool, sauna, cold plunge, cinema room, gym and a fully equipped kitchen made for long lunches and dinners with family and friends. Unlike a traditional vacation rental, your stay includes daily breakfast served each morning, daily housekeeping, luxury linens and a dedicated concierge, so you can enjoy all the comforts of a private home with the ease of a boutique hotel. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated with local craftsmen, bespoke furniture, natural materials and carefully selected artwork, creating a home that feels both effortlessly elegant and deeply rooted in Provence. Whether you're gathering with friends, celebrating with family or simply slowing down under the Provençal sun, Pistou is designed for one thing: helping you feel completely at home, with nothing to do except enjoy the moment.
