There is no other house like the carriage house, it is distinctive, we have a large yard, very close to town, right nextdoor to the Crescent hotel, dead end street, large open floor plan, pool table, fireplace, central heat and air, sleeps up to 6 people. The stairs going to the upstairs are wood and steep.
We accept pets,the pet fee is 150.00 per pet, please contact me for anything additional.
The rate is a base rate of 185 for 2 and 25 for each additional person.

The space
The carriage house is over 100 years old, all the wood is original, it is two stories, 3 of the twin beds are in the old horse stalls, and a day bed, the upstairs bedroom is private, the downstairs is open, downstairs bathroom has a double headed shower and the upstairs bathroom has a claw foot bathtub,nice patio area with that is only for the carriagehouse.
The rate is 185 for 2 and 25 for each additional person over 2.

Guest access
The brick patio is for the carriage house. It is located in between the houses. There are two doors, one out to the patio and the other out to the street, which a code for access.

Other things to note
The carriage house kitchen is upstairs and the stairs are pretty steep. We do have a coffee maker upstairs and downstairs and a small fridge downstairs also. The yard is fenced in but is shared with the main house. Outside security cameras.
