This condo is lovely and absolutely clean. The furniture was new and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable also. The washer and dryer are nice, as are all the towels. They provide starters of toilet paper, tissue, paper towels, and a kit with cleaning products for the kitchen. This was the second year we stayed in 1520.

Room was very clean and provided everything needed, including laundry. Pools were very nice, and beach was awesome.

We stayed for 6 nights. This condo was great for our family of 4. The layout works really well. The dishwasher, microwave, and oven were clean and appear pretty new. The bathroom was large with a large tub. The beds were comfortable. I was nervous about the 15th floor with two younger children, but I felt we were safe. Also, having the washer and dryer in the room was great. I used it daily and was able to travel home with minimal dirty clothes. The furniture could definitely use updating. The listing photos are deceiving about the appearance of the furniture. The living room furniture is very outdated and hard to be confident that it is clean. The floors were swept but seemed to not have been mopped before we checked in. I was able to locate a broom in the room which was helpful for sand cleanup throughout the week, but no dustpan. Our family members booked other condos in the building and after seeing our layout, they want to book this condo in the future, but also made same comments about the furniture. We look forward to future stays.
