Spread across three thoughtfully designed floors connected by a private elevator, The Reef 23 sleeps up to 14 and has room for every member of the family — from the little ones to the grandparents.
Top Floor — The Crown Jewel
The top floor is where the magic happens. An open-concept kitchen and living area floods with natural light and frames unbeatable Gulf views straight from your couch. Step out onto the deck to sip your morning coffee as waves roll in below or enjoy dinner al fresco watching the most incredible sunsets at the large table. This floor also features a king bedroom with direct en-suite bathroom access, a convenient laundry closet, and the luxurious primary suite — your private sanctuary after a long beach day.

You'll find a king bedroom with direct bathroom access, a bedroom with two full beds, and a bunk room with four bunk beds that the kids will absolutely love. Two full bathrooms (each with direct bedroom access) and a second laundry closet round out this floor, keeping large groups comfortable and organized.
