I loved the layout of the condo and the amenities, right on the beach

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The a/c kept up in the heat. Washer and dryer were good, not large but did the job. The resort itself is a dive so do not have high expectations for here. We went with others and of the 6 rooms we had, only 2 were clean, including this property. The beach access was good, chairs/umbrellas available to rent. Pool bar with delicious drinks. Pool/hot tubs were gross but that is to be expected when it is busy.

Both Mattress needs replacement
Ac filters are visibly dirty
Property needs a full paint job not just what is the front
One outside chair was broken
