Set in a well-connected area of South London, the property is ideally positioned for exploring the vibrant neighbourhoods of Clapham, Stockwell and Brixton, while still offering convenient access to Central London.
Clapham High Street is nearby, offering a great selection of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, while lively Brixton is also within easy reach. Here, you can explore its famous markets, diverse food scene, independent venues and live music.
For some time outdoors, the area also offers easy access to local green spaces, including Brockwell Park and Clapham Common.
Getting around London is simple, with Clapham North and Stockwell Underground stations nearby, as well as Clapham High Street station. From here, guests can easily reach Central London and many of the city's main attractions, making the property a convenient base for both sightseeing and longer stays.

The property is very well connected to public transport, with Clapham North Underground Station around a 5-minute walk away, providing access to the Northern Line, and Clapham High Street Overground Station approximately 6 minutes away. Stockwell Underground Station is also within an 8-minute walk, offering both the Victoria and Northern lines. Also, a 10 min walk to Stockwell. Several nearby bus routes provide additional connections across London, making it easy to reach Central London and explore the rest of the city.

This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
