The apartment itself is newly renovated — bright, modern, and generously laid out for a ground-floor unit. Three well-sized bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom with a large soaking bath give families and groups plenty of room to settle in and spread out. Open-plan living keeps things easy for shared meals and relaxed evenings together.
Step outside and everything feels within reach — Bureta Park Shopping Centre is nearby for supplies and casual dining, while the waterfront reserves are just a short stroll for morning swims, picnics, and time with the kids.
