This is what separates Cinco Ríos from every other villa on the hill. Two housemaids and a cook work the property daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Breakfast appears. Beds get made. Towels replace themselves. You tell us what you feel like eating and it happens.

Additional hours are arranged directly with the staff. Private chef, masseuse, butler and stylist are available at extra cost. Ask and we arrange it before you land.

Rancho Arriba, inside Casa de Campo Resort. The Dye Fore is an 18 minute walk. Altos de Chavón, the Marina, Minitas Beach, three championship golf courses and the resort restaurants are all inside the gate. La Romana International Airport is 6 minutes out.

GUEST ACCESS

Villa Cinco Ríos has 8 bedrooms. Your reservation includes exclusive private access to 6 of them.

Two bedrooms are locked and excluded from this rental. When you book Villa Cinco Ríos, no other guests are booked on the property.

Guests have private, full access to:

The full kitchen, dining and living areas
The infinity pool and heated jacuzzi
Every indoor and outdoor terrace
The gardens and parking

All guests staying in private villas must register with the Villa Owners Club on arrival. Registration provides a resort ID granting access to Minitas Beach with chairs and towels, advance golf reservations at special rates, complimentary internal transport, concierge service, and discounts at resort restaurants and activities.

1. Resort Fee — paid at the resort entrance, not included in your booking total

This fee is charged by Casa de Campo Resort, not by us, and we cannot waive it. For a group of 22 staying a week, budget for it separately. It provides each guest a resort ID with beach access, golf reservations at special rates, internal transport, concierge service and restaurant discounts.

2. Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 26 years old at the time of booking
The primary guest must be present for the entire stay
Bookings on behalf of someone else are not accepted
A valid government-issued ID is required to confirm the reservation
Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be declined

3. Resort Registration

All guests must register with Casa de Campo Resort before arrival to access the property and resort facilities

4. The Property

The villa has 8 bedrooms. Two are locked and excluded. Guest access covers 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms

No pets
No smoking indoors
No parties or events without prior written approval
Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Exterior security cameras operate on the property. There are no cameras inside

Additional hours are arranged directly with the staff

Our staff is on the property daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM: two housemaids and a cook who handle the house so you don't have to.

We keep our distance but stay close. Message or call any time and you get an answer. Before you arrive we can arrange restaurant reservations, golf tee times, golf carts delivered on site, boat charters, airport transfers, a private chef, a masseuse or a stylist. Most of our guests tell us this is the part they remember.
