-Late Check-Out Policy:
Please note that the standard check-out time is 11 AM. If guests fail to check out by the designated time, a late check-out fee of $100 will be applied.

Guests may request a late check-out in advance for an additional fee, which is subject to availability. We will review the request and let you know whether it is approved. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

- Please be advised that this unit is not equipped with a garbage disposal or a dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, and utensils must be washed by hand. Since there is no in-sink disposal, please make sure to discard all food scraps and grease into the trash before rinsing or washing anything in the sink — do not pour food waste or grease down the drain.

Failure to do so may result in a clog requiring professional plumbing service. Please note that any snaking or drain-clearing service called due to a clog incurred during your stay will result in a charge of $150.00 applied to the payment method on file. We appreciate your care and cooperation in keeping the property in great condition for everyone.
