The main living spaces are warm and inviting, giving everyone a place to gather, while the second-floor bedroom opens into a cozy bonus nook. With a desk, charging station, couch, TV, and electric fireplace, it’s a comfortable spot for remote work, reading, or simply enjoying some quiet time.

Downstairs, the fully furnished basement becomes another favorite place to gather. Stretch out on the leather sectional or oversized beanbag, watch TV, challenge someone to a game of shuffleboard, or use the card/craft table for games and creative projects. With additional sleeping space, it also gives families and groups more room to spread out, especially when the weather calls for a cozy day indoors.

Bonus Space #2: The furnished basement combines entertainment and additional sleeping space. Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day or freshen up after time outdoors. One bathroom includes a tub, while the other features a stand-up shower.

This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).

Alton Bay and Lake Winnipesaukee are just a short 7-minute drive away, making it easy to venture out for more lake time, local activities, and exploring.
In every season, Gunstock Mountain is about 15 minutes away, offering skiing and tubing in winter and hiking and ziplining during the warmer months.
